The first meeting occurs after completion of an intake form. In this first meeting, we will determine your initial Personal Brand Assessment and Growth Plan. The second meeting occurs after 6 months to assess success and determine areas of improvement and growth. 

This process is repeated twice per year to adjust to your changing career trajectory. We will collect key metrics based on your media presence and assess areas for   personal brand adjustment that could lead to brand sponsorships

After the first and second meetings, you will receive a document summarizing a plan to build your media presence and define a marketable personal brand. 

We will search for brand partnerships on your behalf.

This quarterly report provides real-time insights into the constantly evolving sports and media landscape. The report is designed to assist you with strategic adjustments to your media presence. 

We will connect you with other athletes who are at similar career stages, who might have similar personal brands or goals, or who are in areas close to where you are based. It is important to network with other athletes and work together to ensure mutual success. We will also seek to connect you with industry professionals across female athletics.

We will alert you to relevant industry events as they arise, including how attending these events could elevate your brand presence. We are in the process of planning a yearly event that brings the Phenom Team together, but the details are to be determined.

Phenom will alert you to a possible sponsorship deal. To pursue that deal, you must sign a Representation Agreement between you and Phenom for a five year commitment.

When a sponsorship deal is signed, Phenom retains 20% of the total sponsorship deal.

Phenom partners with outside legal counsel to finalize contracts and ensure that your best interests are met.
